The website has an integrated Mercado Pago checkout, which allows you to pay using various methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Red Compra. The payment gateway accepts credit cards and offers interest-free installments, as well as debit cards, prepaid cards and cash on Mercado Pago. Your data is completely encrypted during the payment process, guaranteeing a secure shopping experience.

When you make a payment for an item, you are paying the gross value of the product plus the corresponding tax. Shipping rates vary depending on the area you are in, and the system calculates the corresponding rate plus VAT, which will be reflected in the details of your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the area you are in in Chile.

•⁠ ⁠If you purchased a product in stock and you are in Santiago, your product will be delivered the next day or the following day (depending on the time of purchase) through our delivery service.
•⁠ ⁠For the central area, delivery is completed within 48 business hours (2 days).
•⁠ ⁠For extreme areas, delivery may take up to 12 business days from delivery.

When making a purchase with a custom option, the product description will indicate the production time for the piece(s). In these cases, you must consider the manufacturing time plus the delivery and distribution time.

Example: If you buy a ring that takes 3 weeks to be ready and you are from the central area, you must calculate:

- Production time: 3 weeks (21 days)
- Delivery time to service: 2 days
- Delivery time: 2 business days

Total: 25 days.
